Personal Information You Provide

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and deliver our Services. Each service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process all payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service provider.

Google Analytics 4 (Site Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the Site. GA4 collects data such as page views, session duration, device type, and geographic region. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.

Key details about our GA4 implementation:

  • We use two GA4 measurement IDs: G-L6HBMT505M (homepage) and G-BW22YSN9PJ (subpages)
  • IP anonymization is enabled by default in GA4
  • We do not enable Google Signals or advertising features
  • Data retention is set to 14 months

Resend (Email Delivery)

We use Resend to send transactional emails and newsletter communications. When you subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase, your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of email delivery.

Amazon Web Services (Hosting)

The Site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, including Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. AWS may process server access logs containing IP addresses and request metadata for the purpose of delivering content and maintaining infrastructure security.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about your interactions with the Site.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

  • Account and subscription data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance
  • Newsletter subscriber data: Retained until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes
  • Analytics data: Retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and performance monitoring

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the Site
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing through Stripe
  • Access controls and authentication for administrative systems
  • Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and third-party integrations
  • Content delivery via Amazon CloudFront with DDoS protection

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as retention for legal compliance or completing a transaction).

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. Therefore, no opt-out mechanism for the sale of personal information is required.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a CCPA right.

The Site is hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
